Making and confirmation of order.
• The order is carried out by the validation by the purchaser of the purchase order recapitulating the whole of the conditions of use and by the payment of the price.
• The sale becomes firm after complete payment of the price and confirmation of order by UNIVERS PLONGEE
• At the time of this confirmation, UNIVERS PLONGEE points out the conditions of USE and in particular the total price discharged by the purchaser, the conditions of guarantee as well as the methods of exercise of the faculty of retractation of the purchaser.
• All the offered products are, in theory, available within the stocks limit, UNIVERS PLONGEE reserves however the possibility of informing the purchaser of the specific difficulties of provisioning of a product and, if necessary, of refusing its order.
• In the event of refusal of its order and if the purchaser carried already out his payment, UNIVERS PLONGEE refunds the entirety of the price as soon as possible to him.
Modes of payment.
The payment is carried out, in Euro is:
• By cheque to be turned over with the purchase order duly supplemented.
• By bank card
• By credit transfer
• The company UNIVERS PLONGEE reserves the right to accept like only and single means of payment the credit transfer for the purchases carried out starting from a country not belonging to the European Community
Price
• The price of each product is the one indicated on the card of the product. This price is formulated in Euro only.
• The price net of tax is raised TVA at the rate in force for the orders delivered in a country of the EEC.
• This price is added the price of the transport calculated in function, on the one hand, of dimensions and the weight of the parcel, and on the other hand, of its destination.
• Other than the TVA, if it is necessary, and of the transport charges, all the other expenses and loads and in particular the customs duties, is not included/understood in the price and must be discharged by the purchaser under his responsibility. . Delivery.
• The ordered products are delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser within 48 indicative hour (delivery period) subject to availability in our stocks) as from the date of confirmation of sending of the order by UNIVERS PLONGEE.
• For certain specific products, a higher delivery period will be specified by email. UNIVERS PLONGEE makes any possible sound so that the order arrives at the purchaser as soon as possible, nevertheless its responsibility could not be committed in the event of delay or of difficulty of delivery.
• UNIVERS PLONGEE informs the purchaser of any difficulty affecting the delivery, and reserves faculty to cancel whole or part of the order subject to informing the purchaser of it and to refund his payment as soon as possible to him.
• The deliveries are carried out by the Post office or Conveyor in France and by conveyor out of France. The products are delivered in an adequate packing necessary to their transport and in the conditioning of the manufacturer.
Guarantee

• As of reception, UNIVERS PLONGEE credits the account with the purchaser of the selling price, T.T.C if it is necessary, of the products except transport charges.
Complaints.
• If the delivered products are not in conformity with the order or present an apparent defect, the purchaser can, within 7 day as from the delivery date, to turn over them to UNIVERS PLONGEE.
• As of reception and checking of nonconformity or the apparent defect, UNIVERS PLONGEE replaces the defective product.
• The purchaser profits moreover legal guarantee on the hidden defects. Applicable duty.
• The sale contract concluded between UNIVERS PLONGEE and the purchaser as well as the present offer are governed by the French Right.
• Any disagreement which could not have been regulated by amicable agreement will be exclusive competence of the Commercial courts French. Data processing and freedoms.
• In accordance with the Data-processing Law and Freedoms of January 6, 1978, the purchaser has a right of access and of correction of the data relating to it.
